Papaya, also known as pawpaw or to explorer Christopher Columbus “the fruit of the angels”, can be turned into so many things. Ice cream, bar soaps, perfumes, hair gels, smoothies, etc. But, today, we’re taking a look at papaya through one of our newest products, our papaya body butter. With the Dead Sea salts, from the world’s largest incorporated into them, this unique super-rich creamy body butter formula that’s blended with sea butter and even some natural luxurious oils like grape seed and jojoba oil. With a combination like that, it is a full-course meal for your skin without getting anyone or anything full. So, in order to make things easier for people to understand, here is a quick rundown about our papaya body butter.
Elements of Papaya: Papaya has two main chemicals inside this delicious fruit:
- One chemical is called papain, which helps with breaking down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. This is a random fun fact, but papain is such a strong chemical that even works as a meat tenderizer, but we highly recommend to NOT use our papaya body butter as a meat tenderizer nor to be placed on any food.
- Another chemical is called Carpaine, which helps with killing certain parasites and insects while being able to affect and help the central nervous system.

Example Uses
There are many different ways to use our papaya body butter
- If pregnant, soothing some on your belly (and belly button) helps with relaxing the nerves in the stomach as you await the next chapter in your life, but lightly be careful with papaya, which will lightly be explained later.
- If you are into massage, whether as a hobby or even work as a masseuse or massage therapist,
- In terms of massages, this product works great for manicurists and pedicurists to help keep patients’ hands and feet silky smooth while getting their nails done.
Directions
Since it is body butter, the directions are very simple. You can freely use it on any part of your body, but obviously more recommended for that more skin than hair.

Side Effects
- Even though our papaya body butter is safe to use, it is not safe for those who are allergic to papaya, which can an allergic reaction like bumps, itching, redness, or even swelling.
- For some pregnant women (especially if allergic), the papain in the papaya can damage certain membranes in the body that are highly essential for fetal development.
