Returns & Exchanges

Our policy is that if you are not happy with any Cure Natural Skin Care product, we’ll gladly return or exchange for a full refund. Simple and easy, it’s all about you! Return shipping and handling fees are free when you use the Merchandise Return label included in your order. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

• When you return your purchase to cureskin.care by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
• If we receive your item(s) within 61-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Cure Natural Skin Care Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
• Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
• Please note that returns are only on items purchased through cureskin.care. Items purchased from any other store or website will not be returned or exchanged.
• Cureskin.care is unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Cureskin.care Returns by Mail

• Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
• Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Cure Natural Skin Care packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
• Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
